Lenox Hole Saw Promotion Terms & Conditions

Free gift offer

1. This promotion (“the promotion”) offers a free gift with a qualifying purchase of PurlMate 3650 or CnZMate 3750 electrical mounting blocks.
2. The promotion will run from 1st September 2016until 31 December 2016, or while stocks of the free gift last.
3. The free gift will be one 44mm Lenox wood and metal hole saw. Aston Distribution may substitute an equivalent item at any time during the promotion.
4. Aston Distribution reserves the right to withdraw or amend this promotion at any time.

Eligibility

5. To qualify for the promotion, a customer must purchase eight (8) PurlMate 3650 or CnZMate 3750 electrical mounting blocks during the promotion
6. Each customer is eligible for only one free gift during the promotion period, regardless of the number of additional product purchases.
7. The promotion is open only to users and installers of qualifying products. It is not available to product wholesalers or re-sellers.
8. Qualifying products must be purchased from an approved New Zealand re-seller.
9. The promotion does not apply to any purchase that is returned before a promotion claim is submitted or approved.

Delivery

10. Each claimant must provide a New Zealand address for delivery.
11. Once Aston Distribution has approved a claim, the free gift will be posted within five working days, by standard untracked post.
12. Aston Distribution will not be responsible for the care, condition of arrival, or delivery of any free gift once posted.

No guarantee or liability

13. Aston Distribution provides no warranty or guarantee of the free gift itself, and cannot guarantee that the free gift will be fit for the purpose intended.
14. Aston Distribution will not be liable for any damage, loss, injury, or death arising from the use of the free gift.

15. Any personal data provided for the promotion will be used solely for the purposes of this promotion.
